At KistiCart.shop, your satisfaction is important to us! If you have received an incorrect or
defective item, we’ll make it right. Please review our Exchange Policy below for eligibility and
process.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags, labels, and packaging
intact.
- Accessories, personal care, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for
exchange.
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Email our team at support@kisticart.shop within 7 days of delivery, with
your order number and details about the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the product condition and packaging.
- Specify if you need a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
- Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
3. Exchange Process & Shipping
- If eligible, you will receive instructions to return the product to us.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part
(damaged/incorrect item sent).
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your replacement will be processed within 3-5
business days subject to availability.
- If the requested item or size is unavailable, you will be offered a suitable alternative or
store credit.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product?
Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll
prioritize and resolve your concern, arranging a prompt exchange or refund if required, at no extra
charge.
5. Important Notes
- Returned/exchanged items must pass our quality inspection to be eligible for replacement.
- Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to decline exchange requests not meeting these conditions.
