not eligible for refund.

- Personal care, hygiene items, or accessories
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@kisticart.shop within 48 hours of receiving your
order, with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the condition of the product and packaging.
- Once our team reviews your request, we will provide guidance regarding the next steps.
4. Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method
within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product
(if return is requested).
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
- If a return is required, instructions and the return shipping address will be provided by our
support team.
- In cases of damage, incorrect, or defective items, return shipping charges will be borne by
KistiCart.shop. For all other cases, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
